摘　　要：基于既有房屋管理现状,立足张家港实际,提出对策建议。从既有房屋现状,隐患排除,管理机制,存在问题等方面入手,通过调研走访,整理出张家港既有房屋的现状数据,梳理了各区镇正在推进的做法,并根据当前工作中存在的一些问题,提出相应的对策建议。Based on the current situation of existing housing management and the reality of Zhangjiagang city,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Starting from the current situation of existing houses,hidden danger elimination,management mechanism,existing problems and other aspects,through investigation and visit,this paper sorts out the current situation data of existing houses in Zhangjiagang city,sorts out some practices being promoted in various sectors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to problems existing in the current work.
