朱氏头皮针治疗紫杉醇联合顺铂方案化疗引起呕吐的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨朱氏头皮针治疗紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)方案化疗引起呕吐的临床疗效。方法选取2022年4月至2023年3月于辽源市中医院肿瘤科行TP方案化疗的80例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组40例。参照组予以常规止吐药治疗,实验组在参照组基础上采用朱氏头皮针治疗。比较两组恶心、呕吐症状评分、卡氏功能状态(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)评分、血清胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(motilin,MTL)水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1、3 d后,实验组呕吐、恶心症状评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d后,两组KPS评分均高于前一时间点,且实验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d后,两组GAS水平均低于前一时间点,MTL水平均高于前一时间点,且实验组GAS水平低于参照组,MTL水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于参照组的75.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论朱氏头皮针治疗TP方案化疗所致呕吐疗效显著,能有效改善患者呕吐、恶心症状及胃肠激素,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhu's scalp acupuncture in the treatment of vomiting caused by paclitaxel combined with cisplatin(TP)regimen.Methods 80 patients with malignant tumors who underwent chemotherapy with TP regimen in the department of Oncology of Liaoyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random numer table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional antiemetic drugs,and the experimental group was treated with Zhu's scalp acupuncture on the basis of the reference group.The nausea and vomiting symptom scores,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores,serum gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 d of treatment,the vomiting and nausea scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 d of treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than those at the previous time point,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 d of treatment,the level of GAS of the two groups were lower than those at the previous time point,the levels of MTL were higher than those at the previous time point,and the level of GAS in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the levels of MTL were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Zhu's scalp
