摘  要:目的了解疫情防控常态化下四川省医疗机构门诊医务人员的职业倦怠现状,分析医务人员重度职业倦怠的危险因素,为医疗机构制定预防与干预门诊医务人员职业倦怠的相关策略提供参考。方法于2022年4月28日至5月28日,采取便利抽样方法抽取四川省二级及以上医疗机构595名门诊医务人员作为调查对象。自行设计问卷收集人口学特征、医院等级、疫情防控相关工作信息,采用职业倦怠问卷调查医务人员的职业倦怠现象,采用多因素Logistic回归分析医务人员发生重度职业倦怠的影响因素。结果共发放问卷595份,收回问卷595份,无效问卷5份,有效问卷590份,问卷有效率为99.2%。疫情防控常态化下四川省医疗机构门诊医务人员职业倦怠现象较为普遍,情感衰竭、去个性化、个人成就感降低得分分别为(33.82±13.35)、(12.59±6.89)和(41.28±8.48)分。重度情感衰竭占比64.7%,重度去个性化占比58.5%,重度个人成就感降低占比19.7%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、工作岗位是医务人员重度情感衰竭的影响因素(P<0.05);疫情防控完善度是医务人员重度去个性化、个人成就感低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论疫情防控常态化期间,性别、工作岗位、疫情防控完善度均是门诊医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素,建议制定预防与干预门诊医务人员职业倦怠的相关策略,改善职业倦怠现状,同时,为医疗机构疫情防控常态化的第一道关口打好坚实的基础。Objective To understand the current situation of burnout phenomenon of medical personnel in outpatients of medical institutions in Sichuan province under the normalization of under the normal epidemic prevention and control,and analyze,so as to provide reference for medical institutions to formulate relevant strategies to prevent and intervene job burnout among medical workers in outpatients.Methods From April 28 to May 28,2022,595 outpatient medical personnel from secondary and above medical institutions in Sichuan province were selected by convenience sampling method.Self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic characteristics,hospital grade,epidemic prevention and related to epidemic prevention and control and other information,and the burnout questionnaire was used to investigate the burnout phenomenon of medical personnel,and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of severe burnoutphenomenonof medical personnel.Results A total of 595 questionnaires were sent out,595 questionnaires were recovered,5 were invalid questionnaires,and 590 were valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 99.2%.Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,job burnout was common among medical personal in outpatients of medical institutions in Sichuan province was relatively common,the scores of emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and reduced sense of personal accomplishment were(33.82±13.35),(12.59±6.89),(41.28±8.48)scores,respectively;severe emotional exhaustion accounted for 64.7%,severe deindividuation accounted for 58.5%,and severe loss of personal achievement accounted for 19.7%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and job position were the influencing factors of severeemotional exhaustionof medical personnel(P<0.05);the improvement of epidemic prevention and control werethe influential factor of severe deindividuation and low personal accomplishmentof medical personnel(P<0.05).Conclusion During the normalization of epidemic preven
