醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗中枢性性早熟的效果及对女童性激素水平与子宫卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究醋酸亮丙瑞林在中枢性性早熟女童中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年5月吉安市妇幼保健院收治的80例中枢性性早熟女童作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用知柏地黄丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,比较两组性激素水平、子宫卵巢功能、不良反应发生率及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫长径短于治疗前,左侧、右侧卵巢体积均小于治疗前,且观察组子宫长径短于对照组,左侧、右侧卵巢体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗中枢性性早熟患儿效果显著,可快速恢复患儿性激素水平,提高子宫卵巢功能,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of leuprorelin acetate in girls with central precocious puberty.Methods 80 girls with central precocious puberty admitted to Ji'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subject,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill,while the observation group was treated with leuprorelin acetate on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones,the function of uterus and ovary,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the long diameter of uterus of the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the volume of left and right ovaries were smaller than those before treatment,and the long diameter of uterus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the volume of left and right ovaries were smaller than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin acetate has significant effect in the treatment of children with central precocious puberty,it can quickly restore the sex hormone level of children,improve the uterine and ovarian function,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
