摘　　要：膝关节创伤性滑膜炎是指膝盖在受到跌、碰等外部暴力损伤后,产生的以滑膜病变为主的非感染性炎症反应,早期临床表现以膝酸痛、肿大、活动受限等为主,初发多为急性发作,如处理不当则易进展为慢性创伤性滑膜炎,轻者仅在活动后出现膝关节胀满不适;重者则反复发生膝关节肿胀、疼痛,活动受限,进而出现肌肉萎缩甚至丧失劳动能力,且多次发病,病情通常迁延难愈。本文通过临床实践和查阅近年文献总结中医药在治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎方面具有满意效果的治疗方法,为临床医师治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎提供参考。Knee traumatic synovitis refers to the knee in the fall,touch and other external violence after the injury,produced by the synovial membrane lesions mainly non-infectious inflammatory reaction,the early clinical manifestations of knee pain,swelling,activity limitation,etc.,the initial occurrence of more acute episodes,such as the poorly handled is prone to progress to chronic traumatic synovitis,the light only in the activities of the knee joint distension,discomfort;the heavy recurrence of knee swelling,pain,activity limitation,and then muscle atrophy or even loss of labor ability,and often prolonged and difficult to heal,in severe cases,knee joint swelling,pain,activity limitation,muscle atrophy,and even loss of labor ability,and repeated onset of the disease,often prolonged and difficult to cure.In this paper,we summarize the treatment methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating knee joint traumatic synovitis with satisfactory effect through clinical practice and reviewing recent literature to provide reference for clinicians in treating knee joint traumatic synovitis.
