摘　　要：巷道掘进工作面临时支护是煤矿巷道掘进过程中的关键工序。目前王坡煤矿引进的CMM2-15液压锚杆钻车支护系统只具备顶板主动防护功能,缺少对掘进面迎头的主动防护,有明显的防护短板。为了避免出现迎头片帮煤岩砸坏钻车翻板事故,消除设备与人员面临的安全隐患,本文研制了一套CMM2-15液压锚杆钻车迎头支护系统,以实现综掘面顶板与迎头的全封闭主动防护,降低工人劳动强度,提高巷道掘进效率。The temporary support for tunnel driving face is the key procedure in the process of coal mine tunnel driving.At present,the CMM2-15 hydraulic bolt drill jumbo support system introduced by Wangpo Coal Mine only has the function of roof active protection,lacks the active protection of the head-on driving face,and has obvious protection shortcomings.In order to avoid the accident that the coal and rock pieces on the head-on side smashes the overturn plate of the drill jumbo and eliminate the safety hazards faced by the equipment and personnel,this paper develops a set of CMM2-15 hydraulic bolt drill jumbo head-on support system to realize the fully closed active protection of the roof and head-on side of the fully mechanized excavation face,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of tunnel driving.
