摘  要:工程用高强钢表面清理需采用环保工艺,文章通过分析项目技术性能指标,结合以往技术和工程基础,设计了钢板表面处理线高压水射流喷砂除鳞技术(steel eco descaling,SED)工艺。开展板材平稳输送、高性能除鳞喷头、工艺参数优化等关键技术研究,解决了不同型号钢板平稳输送和表面质量均匀一致问题。建成并投产使用的产线可彻底清除钢板表面氧化鳞皮,其技术指标达到并高于项目要求,应用效果明显,为国内钢厂表面处理线建设提供了新的典范。The surface cleaning of engineering high strength steel requires environmentally friendly process.By analyzing the technical performance indexes of the project and combining previous technology and engineering foundation,the steel eco descaling(SED)process for steel plate surface treatment line was designed.The key technologies such as plate smooth transportation,high-performance descaling nozzle and process parameter optimization were studied,and the problems of smooth transportation of different types of steel plates and uniformity of surface quality were solved.The production line built and put into operation can completely remove the oxidized scale skin on the surface of steel plate,and its technical indexes meet and exceed the project requirements.The application effect is obvious,which provides a new model for the construction of surface treatment line in domestic steel plants.
