摘 要:主要分析热嵌固齿钻体的加工工艺,即机械加工工艺和热处理工艺,通过选择合理的材质,经一系列步骤加工处理,并进行大量对比实验得出热嵌固齿工艺中不同的热处理工艺参数对柱齿钻头使用寿命的影响,以确定最佳热处理工艺及参数,从而提高钻头综合机械性能,并延长其使用寿命。经研究工艺处理后的钻体解决了热嵌固齿钻头作业中钻体不耐磨,以及容易开裂和固齿不牢固的问题,综合性能得到很大程度的改善和提升。This paper mainly analyzes the processing technology of the hot embedded tooth drill body,that is,the machining process and the heat treatment process.By selecting the reasonable materials and processing through a series of steps,and through a large number of comparative experiments,it is concluded that the infl uence of different heat treatment process parameters in the hot embedded tooth process on the service life of the cylindrical tooth drill bit to determine the best heat treatment process and parameters,so as to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and service life of the drill bit.The drill body treated by the process in the research solves the problems that the drill body is not wear-resistant and easy to crack and the teeth are not fi rm in the operation of the hot embedded tooth drill bit,and the comprehensive performance is greatly improved and enhanced.
