乳酸菌素片联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃肠息肉患者的疗效及对炎症微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨乳酸菌素片联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃肠息肉患者的疗效及对炎症微循环的影响。方法 选择2021年2月-2024年2月本院收治的95例胃肠息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(47例)和联合组(48例)两组。常规组采用内镜下电凝切除术治疗,联合组接受乳酸菌素片联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。对比两组临床疗效、手术安全及术后恢复情况、炎症因子水平及并发症。结果 联合组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组手术安全及术后恢复情况均优于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,联合组IL-6、IL-17、PCT、CRP水平低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组并发症总发生率为4.17%(2/48),低于常规组的19.15%(9/47)(P<0.05)。结论 乳酸菌素片联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃肠息肉患者的疗效明显,能够减少手术操作时间、术后开始进流食时间、术后住院时间以及术中出血量,有效减轻炎症反应,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of lactobacillin tablets combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps and its effect on inflammatory microcirculation.Methods 95 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the conventional group(47 cases)and the combined group(48 cases).The conventional group was treated with endoscopic electrocoagulation resection,while the combined group received lactobacillin tablets combined with endoscopic mucosal resection.The clinical efficacy,surgical safety,postoperative recovery,levels of inflammatory factors,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The surgical safety and postoperative recovery of the combined group were superior to those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of IL-6,IL-17,PCT,and CRP in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the combined group was 4.17%(2/48),which was lower than the 19.15%(9/47)in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of lactobacillin tablets with endoscopic mucosal resection has significant efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,reducing surgical manipulation time,time to initiate liquid diet postoperatively,postoperative hospital stay,and intraoperative blood loss,effectively alleviating inflammatory responses,and decreasing the incidence of complications.
