精细化特色出院宣教对造瘘口旁疝术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨精细化特色出院宣教对造瘘口旁疝术后并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年9月至2022年9月北京朝阳医院(石景山院区)疝和腹壁外科收治的100例行造瘘口旁疝修补术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规出院宣教,观察组患者给予精细化特色出院宣教,比较观察2组患者出院后随访期内术后并发症发生情况,同时评估患者自护能力水平、生活质量水平变化情况,并对患者进行护理满意度调查。结果 术后随访6个月,观察组术后并发症发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(22.00%)(P<0.05);出院6个月时评估,观察组自护能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度(94.00%)高于对照组患者(76.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 造瘘口旁疝术后采用精细化特色出院宣教,可提高患者出院后的自护能力,减少并发症的发生,提高其生活质量,是患者更为认可的宣教方案,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of refined characteristic discharge education on postoperative complications of parastomal hernia.Methods A total of 100 patients with parastomal hernia repair admitted to Department of Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery,Beijing Chao-yang Hospital(Shijingshan Hospital)from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine discharge education,and those in the observation group received refined characteristic discharge education.The occurrence of postoperative complications in the follow-up period after discharge,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results After 6 months of follow-up,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(8.00%vs 22.00%,P<0.05).After 6 months of discharge,the self-care ability score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.00%vs 76.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Refined characteristic discharge education can improve the self-care ability of patients after discharge,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve their quality of life,which is a more recognized education program for patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
