宣肺通络止咳颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的有效性和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宣肺通络止咳颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月信阳市平桥区妇幼保健院收治的120例哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各60例。对照组使用布地奈德雾化吸入,联合组在对照组基础上联合宣肺通络止咳颗粒。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标[1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、肺功能(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介数-4(IL-4)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)]、症状和体征恢复时间、哮喘治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组肺功能指标、炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF水平均升高,且联合组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组TNF-α、IL-4、ICAM-1、IgE水平均降低,且联合组TNF-α、IL-4、ICAM-1、IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组咳嗽改善时间、喘息改善时间、气促改善时间、咳痰改善时间、哮鸣音改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣肺通络止咳颗粒联合布地奈徳雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘可有效改善小儿肺功能、减轻炎症反应,治疗效果明显,用药较为安全。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Xuanfei Tongluo Zhike Granules combined with budesonide nebulization in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 120 children with asthma admitted to the Pingqiao District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Xinyang from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received budesonide nebulization,while the combination group received Xuanfei Tongluo Zhike Granules in addition to the treatment in the control group.The pulmonary function parameters[Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),Peak Expiratory Flow(PEF),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)],inflammatory factors[Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha(TNF-α),Interleukin-4(IL-4),Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1(ICAM-1),Immunoglobulin E(IgE)],recovery times of symptoms and signs,and the effective rate of asthma treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in pulmonary function parameters and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FEV_(1),FVC,and PEF levels increased in both groups,with the combination group showing higher FEV_(1),FVC,and PEF levels compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of TNF-α,IL-4,ICAM-1,and IgE decreased in both groups,with the combination group showing lower levels of TNF-α,IL-4,ICAM-1,and IgE than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to improvement for cough,wheezing,shortness of breath,sputum production,and wheezing in the combination group was shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuanfei Tongluo Zhike Granules and budesonide nebulization
