摘 要:目的探究尿常规的临床检验中,应用尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测法与显微镜检测法的价值。方法研究样本共计68例,均选取于洛阳西城医院2022年5月至2023年12月期间收入进行尿常规检验的病例,均对其尿液样本依此开展尿沉渣全自动分析仪/显微镜检测/尿干化学法检测,并基于检测方案将其分为检验①组(尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测)、检验②组(显微镜检测)、检验③组(尿干化学法检测),分析其在红细胞及白细胞方面的阳性检出率。结果68份尿液常规化验标本中,检验②组检出37例红细胞阳性,31例红细胞阴性;27例白细胞阳性,41例白细胞阳性阴性。检验①组检出38例红细胞阳性,30例红细胞阴性;检验③组检出39例红细胞阳性,29例红细胞阴性;检验①组检出29例白细胞阳性,39例为白细胞阴性;检验③组检出31例白细胞阳性,37例白细胞阴性;检验①组检测红细胞、白细胞诊断准确率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组敏感度、特异度对比,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论灵活应用全自动分析仪检测进行尿常规检验整体价值较为理想,诊断准确率较高,并且临床操作简单、检测速度快,明显优于常规尿干化学法检测,具有临床临床应用意义。在实际应用中,可根据患者病情以及需求情况结合使用显微镜检测法进行检测,从而使检测数据更加准确。Objective To explore the value of using the automated urine sediment analyzer and microscopic detection methods in clinical tests for routine urinalysis.Methods A total of 68 cases were selected from patients undergoing routine urinalysis at Luoyang Xicheng Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023.Each urine sample was subjected to tests using an automated urine sediment analyzer,microscopic detection,and urine dry chemical analysis.Based on the detection methods,the cases were divided into three groups:Group 1(automated urine sediment analyzer),Group 2(microscopic detection),and Group 3(urine dry chemical analysis).The positive detection rates of red blood cells and white blood cells were analyzed.Results Among the 68 routine urinalysis samples,Group 2 detected 37 cases of positive red blood cells and 31 cases of negative red blood cells;27 cases of positive white blood cells and 41 cases of negative white blood cells.Group 1 detected 38 cases of positive red blood cells and 30 cases of negative red blood cells;Group 3 detected 39 cases of positive red blood cells and 29 cases of negative red blood cells.Group 1 detected 29 cases of positive white blood cells and 39 cases of negative white blood cells;Group 3 detected 31 cases of positive white blood cells and 37 cases of negative white blood cells.The diagnostic accuracy for red and white blood cells was higher in Group 1,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of an automated urine sediment analyzer for routine urinalysis has a favorable overall value,with higher diagnostic accuracy and a simpler,faster clinical operation compared to routine urine dry chemical analysis.This method shows significant clinical application value.In practice,the microscopic detection method can be used in conjunction with automated analysis based on the patient's condition and needs,thus enabling more accurate test data.
