摘　　要：目的探讨血常规联合血糖检测用于妊娠期糖尿病早期预测中的价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间洛阳牡丹妇产医院完成口服葡萄糖耐量试验的80例孕妇,根据耐糖试验结果将孕妇分入血糖正常组(50例)、妊娠糖尿病组(30例),对比两组血常规(血小板数量、红细胞数量、血红蛋白)、血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平。结果妊娠糖尿病组各项血常规水平、血糖水平显著高于血糖正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者血常规及血糖水平会出现明显变化,因此通过检测孕妇的血常规和血糖水平有利于筛查妊娠糖尿病。Objective To investigate the value of combined routine blood tests and blood glucose tests in the early prediction of gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women who underwent an oral glucose tolerance test at Luoyang Peony Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Based on the results of the glucose tolerance test,the participants were divided into a normal blood glucose group(50 cases)and a gestational diabetes group(30 cases).The routine blood test results(platelet count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin)and blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)were compared between the two groups.Results The routine blood test levels and blood glucose levels in the gestational diabetes group were significantly higher than those in the normal blood glucose group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes exhibit significant changes in routine blood tests and blood glucose levels.Therefore,testing the routine blood and blood glucose levels of pregnant women is beneficial for the screening of gestational diabetes.
