正向反馈式心理护理对女性精神分裂症患者负性情绪、精神症状及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨正向反馈式心理护理对女性精神分裂症(SP)患者负性情绪、精神症状及社会功能的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月河南省新乡市新乡医学院第二附属医院收治的72例女性SP患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(n=36,正向反馈式心理护理)和对照组(n=36,常规护理),比较两组负性情绪[贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表21版项(BDI-21)]、精神症状[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]、社会功能[住院精神病人社会功能量表(SSPI)]。结果干预后,两组BAI、BDI-21评分均降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组PANSS评分均降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组SSPI评分均提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正向反馈式心理护理可缓解女性SP患者的负性情绪,改善精神症状,提高社会功能。Objective To investigate the effects of positive feedback psychological nursing on negative emotions,mental symptoms,and social functioning in female patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods A total of 72 female SP patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(n=36,positive feedback psychological nursing)and a control group(n=36,conventional nursing)using a random number table method.The negative emotions[Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI),Beck Depression Inventory 21-item version(BDI-21)],mental symptoms[Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)],and social functioning[Social Functioning Scale for Inpatient Psychiatric Patients(SSPI)]were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of BAI and BDI-21 in both groups decreased,with the intervention group scoring lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PANSS scores in both groups also decreased,with the intervention group scoring lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SSPI scores in both groups increased,with the intervention group scoring higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive feedback psychological nursing can alleviate negative emotions in female SP patients,improve mental symptoms,and enhance social functioning.
