摘 要:聚乙烯(PE)管作为市政给排水工程应用的主要管材之一,具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性。然而长期使用过程中,PE管可能会出现漏水、老化和破损等现象,需要选择高质量的PE材料、对其进行填充改性等,以提高管材的力学强度和耐用性。对此,分别采用竹屑和造纸白泥对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行填充改性,分析竹屑添加量、竹屑与竹浆纤维混合配比、白泥添加量对HDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,评估由竹造纸剩余物增强所得HDPE复合材料制备为市政工程给排水管材的可行性,为管材力学性能的优化提供借鉴。Polyethylene(PE)pipe,as one of the main pipes used in municipal water supply and drainage engineering,has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.However,in long-term use,PE pipes may have water leakage,aging and damage,etc.,and it is necessary to select high-quality PE materials and fill and modify them to improve the mechanical strength and durability of the pipes.In this regard,high density polyethylene(HDPE)was filled and modified by bamboo cuttings and papermaking white mud respectively,and the effects of the amount of bamboo cuttings added,the mixing ratio of bamboo cuttings and bamboo pulp fiber,and the amount of white mud added on the mechanical properties of HDPE composite were analyzed,and the feasibility of preparing HDPE composite material strengthened by bamboo and paper leftovers into water supply and drainage pipes for municipal engineering was evaluated.It provides reference for the optimization of mechanical properties of pipes.
