摘 要:为分析植物纤维增强改性传统混凝土的可行性,以椰壳纤维等自然纤维为例制备了若干种林木自然纤维增强混凝土,对几种混凝土的综合性能包括力学性能、耐久性、热物理性能等进行了试验分析。结果表明:与剑麻、黄麻、木槿等纤维相比,椰壳纤维对装配式建筑常用混凝土的增强改性效果最为突出,其混凝土试样抗冲击性能超过250NM;经过10%NaOH溶液28d浸泡以后,椰壳纤维增强改性混凝土在冻融条件下的质量损失率最低;椰壳纤维增强改性混凝土的综合保温效果更优。In order to analyze the feasibility of modifying traditional concrete with plant fiber reinforcement,several kinds of forest tree natural fiber reinforced concrete were prepared by taking natural fiber such as coir fiber as an example.The comprehensive properties of several kinds of concrete,including mechanical properties,durability and thermal physical properties,were tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with sisal,jute,hibiscus,etc.,coir fiber has the most prominent reinforcement effect on common concrete of prefabricated buildings,and its impact resistance exceeds 250NM.After soaking in 10%NaOH solution for 28d,coir fiber reinforced modified concrete has the lowest quality loss rate under freeze-thaw conditions.The comprehensive insulation effect of coir fiber reinforced modified concrete is better.
