摘　　要：研究目的:阐释新质生产力赋能自然资源资产价值实现的基本逻辑、作用机理及关键路径,以期为自然资源资产价值实现提供新思路。研究方法:文献分析法,归纳演绎法。研究结果:(1)新质生产力以新技术、新要素、新产业为自然资源资产价值实现提供动力支撑、动能转换、业态升级;(2)新质生产力赋能自然资源资产价值实现面临技术突破困境、要素配置困境、产业转型困境;(3)新质生产力赋能自然资源资产价值实现的关键路径主要包括迭代新技术、满足新需求,培育新要素、挖掘新价值,拓展新产业、延伸新场景。研究结论:新质生产力赋能自然资源资产价值实现的逻辑梳理、机理解构、困境剖析和路径探索,有助于推动数字经济时代生态文明建设,对自然资源资产高质量发展具有重要的指导意义。The purpose of this study is to explain the basic logic,mechanism and key pathway of enabling value realization of natural resource asset with new quality productive forces,to improve a new idea for value realization of natural resource asset.The research methods include literature review and induction-deduction.The research results show that:1)new quality productivity forces provide driving support,momentum conversion,and business model upgrading for value realization of natural resource asset through new technologies,new elements,and new industries.2)Enabling value realization of natural resource asset with new quality productive forces face challenges in technological breakthroughs,element allocation,and industrial transformation.3)The key pathway of enabling value realization of natural resource asset with new quality productive forces mainly includes iterating new technologies to meet new demands,cultivating new elements and exploring new values,and expanding new industries and extending new scenarios.In conclusion,analyzing the logic,mechanism,challenges and pathways for new quality productivity forces enabling value realization of natural resource asset can promote ecological civilization construction in the digital economy era and provide significant guidance for the high-quality development of natural resource asset.
