摘  要:为实现对ZJ119型卷接机组蜘蛛手—接烟轮系统出现“飞烟”故障的精准诊断,设计了一种传烟检测系统。该系统通过接近开关和脉冲信号对承烟槽与吸爪进行编号,利用光电传感器检测烟条状态,检测出烟条缺失的承烟槽和吸爪。以常德卷烟厂生产的“芙蓉王(硬)”为对象,对改进前后的ZJ119型卷接机组进行对比测试,结果表明:(1)当出现“飞烟”后,传烟检测系统能够准确有效地判断出交接位置故障点;(2)改进后机组在连续运行过程中,单个承烟槽缺失烟条数量达到30支时,设备会报警停机;(3)改进后机组的平均调整次数降低了1.6次,平均调整时间减少了95.2min/次。该方法可为提高机组智能化水平和维保效率提供技术支持。To achieve precise diagnosis of the“flying cigarettes”fault in the Spider-Transfer Drum System of the filter cigarette maker ZJ119,a detection system for cigarettes transmission was designed.The system utilized a proximity switch and pulse signals to assign numbers to the cigarette troughs and suction claws,and employed a photoelectric sensor to detect the status of the cigarettes,identifying missing cigarettes troughs and claws.Comparative tests were conducted on the ZJ119 machine group before and after the improvement,using the"Furongwang(Hard)"cigarettes produced by Changde Cigarette Factory.The results showed that:1)When“flying cigarettes”occurred,the detection system can accurately and effectively determine the fault point at the handover location.2)After the improvement,the machine group would alarm and stop when the number of missing tobacco sticks in a single tobacco holding slot reached 30 during continuous operation.3)The average number of adjustments was reduced by 1.6 times,and the average adjustment time was reduced by 95.2 minutes/time.This technology provides a support for improving the intelligence level and maintenance efficiency of the filter cigarette maker.
