摘　　要：犬乳腺肿瘤是一种犬常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率逐年上升,严重影响了犬的健康和生活质量。传统的治疗方法包括手术切除、化疗和放疗等,但上述方法存在一定的副作用和局限性。近年来,伊维菌素作为一种新型的抗肿瘤药物,逐渐引起了研究者的关注。文章简述了伊维菌素抗肿瘤的作用机制,探讨伊维菌素在犬乳腺肿瘤治疗中的应用与研究进展,以期为临床实践提供参考。Canine mammary tumor is a common malignant tumor in dogs,and its incidence is increasing year by year,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of dogs.Traditional treatment methods include surgical resection,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,but these methods have certain side effects and limitations.In recent years,ivermectin,as a new antitumor drug,has gradually attracted the attention of researchers.This article reviewed relevant literature,briefly described the anti-tumor mechanism of ivermectin,and discussed the application and research progress of ivermectin in the treatment of canine breast tumor,in order to provide references for clinical practice.
