摘　　要：结合窗户制造工艺,分析了销钉角码注胶窗的配件空心销钉、角码、专用注胶材料、组装和注胶技术。经对4组试件进行承载能力测试,得出不同载荷条件下的变形情况。结果表明,该类型窗户在常规使用条件下,具有良好的承载能力和结构完整性。Combined with the window manufacturing process,this paper analyzes the hollow pin,corner connector,special glue injection material,assembly and glue injection technology of the pin corner connector glue injection window.The bearing capacity of four groups of specimens was tested to obtain the deformation under different load conditions.The results show that this type of window has good bearing capacity and structural integrity under normal use conditions.
