摘　　要：针对钛合金刷盒的结构特点及其铸造工艺上的技术难点,在分析钛合金刷盒铸件缺陷产生原因的基础上,探索研究了一种高强度低应力钛合金刷盒铸造工艺方法。通过生产验证,该研究的铸造工艺方法是成功有效的,可为类似零件的钛合金铸造提供指导。According to the structural characteristics of titanium alloy brush box and technical difficulties in the casting process,this paper explores a high strength and low stress titanium alloy brush box casting process on the basis of analyzing the causes of defects in titanium alloy brush box casting.
