摘　　要：文章详细介绍了铝带冷轧机卷取的一种典型塔形现象,经过系统性分析,排除关联因素后,最终查出塔形现象产生的根本原因。对主要问题根源采取措施后,最终解决了塔形问题,保障了设备的正常生产状态。This paper introduces in detail a typical tower phenomenon in cold rolling aluminum strip.After systematic analysis and exclusion of related factors,the root cause of tower shape phenomenon is finally found.After taking measures to the root causes of the main problems,the tower shape problem is finally solved and the normal production state of the equipment is guaranteed.
