摘　　要：基于新时代图书馆智慧化升级的特征,依据文化产业高质量发展要求,从丰富文化产业要素供给、精准文化产业供需匹配、促进文化产业价值重塑、激发文化产业加速创新四个方面探讨图书馆智慧化升级对文化产业创新发展的赋能机制,进而从加强智慧化基础设施建设、加强智慧图书馆传播力度、加强“数字+文化”深度融合、加速打造数字文化产业生态四个方面寻找图书馆智慧化升级赋能文化产业创新发展的路径。Based on the characteristics of the intelligent upgrading of libraries in the new era and the requirements of high-quality development of the cultural industry,this paper discusses the enabling mechanism of the intelligent upgrading of libraries for the innovation and development of the cultural industry from four aspects:enriching the supply of cultural industry elements,accurately matching the supply and demand of the cultural industry,promoting the value reconstruction of the cultural industry,and stimulating the accelerated innovation of the cultural industry.Furthermore,it seeks the paths for the intelligent upgrading of libraries to empower the innovative development of the cultural industry from four aspects:strengthening the construction of intelligent infrastructure,enhancing the dissemination of intelligent libraries,strengthening the in-depth integration of“digital+culture”,and accelerating the creation of a digital cultural industry ecosystem.
