摘　　要：以西安图书馆为例,通过分析公共图书馆特色馆藏文献资源的结构与利用情况,结合文化传承、文旅融合等大政方针对公共图书馆的新要求,提出有针对性持续性地进行特藏文献建设、创新服务方式、强化宣传力度及加大地方文献征集等手段,以提高公共图书馆特色藏书利用。By analyzing the structure and utilization of characteristic collections in Xi'an Public Library,and considering the new requirements imposed by major policies such as cultural heritage preservation and cultural tourism integration,this paper proposes targeted and sustainable measures for the construction of library collections,including the innovation of service mode,the strengthening of publicity and the collection of local literature.
