摘 要:制氧装置作为特种车辆车载员高原环境下生命保障的重要设备,针对车载制氧装置及各组成系统的可靠性工程研究非常重要。通过常用可靠性模型、可靠性分配原则和工程中常用的可靠性分配方法,对制氧装置气体压缩系统、气体分离系统、减振系统、供电系统、控制系统进行可靠性分配,利用其可靠性指标指导各系统的设计和优化,提升制氧装置可靠性,确保特种车辆高原环境下乘载员用氧需求。Objective To construct a reliability model for on-vehicle oxygen generation devices on special vehicles and allocate their reliability andicators reasonably,in order to identify key design elements in the design and development process,significantly enhance the reliability of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device,extend their service life,and effectively reduce maintenance costs.Methods By thoroughly analyzing the structural principles and working characteristics of the on-vehicle oxygen generation devices on special vehicles,a reliability model for the device was constructed.Further,a scoring allocation method was used for detailed quantitative allocation of reliability for each system of the device,and factors to be considered in the design and development process of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device were proposed.ResultsBased on the professional scoring of seven domain experts,the reliability allocation of the on-vehice oxygen generation device was completed,and innovative design suggestions were put forward for key system such as gas compression,gas separation,control,and vibration reduction.The reliability indicators of each system design not only provide guidance for system design but also lay the foundation for further optimization.Conclusion This study confirms the effectiveness of the adopted reliability allocation method.The allocation results are of significant guiding importance for the system design and optimization of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device,ensuring its hign reliability in harsh environments such as high-altitude areas.
