摘 要:基于相关标准和作者在可靠性技术领域的多年研究成果,同时考虑了安装平台任务剖面、产品特性等多方面因素,提供一套针对发动机附件的可靠性试验方法理论。有助于为产品设计的最终确定提供可靠的依据,以确保产品在各种工作条件下的可靠性和稳定性技术发展。本文研究了发动机附件在实际使用中可能面临的各种环境和应力情况,以验证其耐久性和性能表现的机理,以及在温度梯度下发动机附件性能指标变化的行为。最后,总结其耐久性和性能表现的机理,将建立起一套科学且系统的可靠性剖面评估方法,为发动机附件的设计和生产提供指导,同时为相关领域的研究提供了有益的实践经验和启示,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Based on relevant standards and the author’s years of research in the field of reliability technology,while considering various factors such as installation platform task profile and product characteristics,a theoretical reliability testing method for engine accessories is provided.Helps to provide reliable basis for the final determination of product design,ensuring the reliability and stability of the product under various working conditions and technological development.This article investigates the various environmental and stress conditions that engine accessories may face in practical use,in order to verify the mechanism of their durability and performance,as well as the behavior of changes in engine accessory performance indicators under temperature gradients.Finally,by summarizing the mechanisms of durability and performance,a scientific and systematic reliability profile evaluation method will be established to provide guidance for the design and production of engine accessories,as well as useful practical experience and inspiration for research in related fields.Future research directions will also be discussed.
