摘 要:为研究腐蚀环境对30CrMnSiNi2A镀硬铬材料摩擦性能的影响。利用销盘高速干滑动摩擦磨损试验机,进行了预腐蚀后30CrMnSiNi2A镀硬铬材料的摩擦磨损性能研究,应用扫描电子显微镜对摩擦磨损表面进行观察,表征其摩擦表面的微观形貌、摩擦磨损产生的磨屑,进而推断出磨损机制。结果表明:30CrMnSiNi2A镀硬铬材料在盐溶液中会发生轻微腐蚀,预腐蚀后的材料摩擦系数在摩擦试验初期有较剧烈波动,后期无明显影响。材料在干态磨损下的磨损机理为疲劳磨损,在预腐蚀后的磨损机理为黏着磨损、疲劳磨损和氧化磨损。To investigate the effect of corrosive environments on the frictional performance of 30CrMnSiNi2A hard chromium-plated materials,a pin-on-disk high-speed dry sliding friction and wear testing machine was utilized to study the frictional and wear properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A hard chromium-plated materials after pre-corrosion.Scanning electron microscopy was applied to observe the friction and wear surface,characterizing the micro-morphology of the friction surface and the wear debris produced by friction,thereby inferring the wear mechanism.The results show that 30CrMnSiNi2A hard chromium-plated materials undergo slight corrosion in salt solution,and the friction coefficient of the pre-corroded material has significant fluctuations in the early stage of the friction test,with no significant impact in the later stage.The wear mechanism under dry sliding wear is fatigue wear,and after pre-corrosion,the wear mechanism includes adhesive wear,fatigue wear,and oxidative wear.
