摘  要:基于太赫兹技术是一种新性、独特的高频辐射源,有利于实现大数据无线传输的超高速率需求。而且可以通过穿墙透视技术探测敌军隐蔽武器,有助于增强我们国防实力。本文研究了一种通过主动控制暗模,从而主动控制电磁诱导透明的光学方法,以及把光导硅集成到超材料电池中,改变硅块的电导率(模拟光脉冲的激励),透明窗口可以实现极大的切换,实现太赫兹光的光学可调谐群延迟。最后,总结了电磁诱导透明的慢光效应可以大大降低光脉冲的速度,期望这将对量子通讯和无线技术的发展有所帮助。Based on terahertz technology,it is a new and unique high-frequency radiation source that is conducive to meeting the ultra-high speed requirements of wireless transmission of big data.And it can detect enemy concealed weapons through through wall penetration technology,which helps enhance our national defense strength.This article studies an optical method that actively controls electromagnetic induced transparency by controlling dark modes,and integrates optical silicon into metamaterial cells to change the conductivity of silicon blocks(simulating the excitation of light pulses).The transparent window can achieve great switching and realize optical tunable group delay of terahertz light.Finally,the slow light effect induced by electromagnetic transparency can greatly reduce the speed of light pulses,which is expected to be helpful for the development of quantum communication and wireless technology.
