摘  要:本文研究了二极管高温反偏和功率老炼的试验方法,以及老炼设备和老炼板的相关工作原理。研究出了既可以进行高温反偏又可以进行功率老炼的通用二极管老炼板。二极管通用老炼板的实现不仅提高了二极管筛选效率,选节省了大量人力、物力和时间成本,还能避免重复工作中出现的失误。本文就二极管通用老炼板的实现进行研究。This article studies the experimental methods of high-temperature reverse bias and power aging of diodes,as well as the related working principles of aging equipment and aging plates.A universal diode aging board has been developed that can perform both high-temperature reverse bias and power aging.The implementation of a universal aging board for diodes not only improves the efficiency of diode screening,saves a lot of manpower,material resources,and time costs,but also avoids errors in repetitive work.This article studies the implementation of a universal aging board for diodes.
