摘 要:为更好应用全轴振动台,满足后续型号产品的高可靠性研制需求和快速筛选需求,本文利用某型全轴振动台及电动振动台,利用数据采集系统对两台设备的时域信号进行采集,并进行了频域分析,同时还测算了全轴振动台监测均方根值、控制均方根值、进气量及综合调节参数之间的关系。结果表明,全轴振动台虽可实现三向同时振动,但是三向的均方根加速度值并不一样,X、Y向的均方根加速度值均为Z向的(60~70)%;不同于电动振动台约99%的时域信号在3倍均方根以内,全轴振动台的大于3时域信号占约25%;全轴振动台的监测均方根值与控制均方根值及综合调节参数存在定量关系,以上研究结果可为全轴振动台的应用及后续开展型号产品试验提供理论基础。In order to better apply the repetitive shock machine and meet the high reliability development and rapid screening requirements of subsequent products,this paper uses a certain repetitive shock machine and an electro-dynamic shaker to collect the time-domain signals of the two devices by using the data acquisition system,and carries out the frequency domain analysis.At the same time,the relationship between the monitoring root-mean-square value,the control root-mean-square value,the intake volume and the comprehensive adjustment parameters is also measured.The results show that although the repetitive shock machine can achieve three-direction simultaneous vibration,the root-mean-square acceleration values of the three directions are different,and the root-mean-square acceleration values of the X and Y directions are(60~70)%of the Z directions.Unlike the electro-dynamic shaker,the time-domain acceleration of which less than 3 times of the root mean square accounts for about 99%,the time-domain acceleration of the repetitive shock machine greater than 3 times the root mean square value accounts for about 25%;There is a quantitative relationship between monitoring root-mean-square value and control root-mean-square value and comprehensive adjustment parameters of repetitive shock machine.The above research results can provide theoretical basis for the application of repetitive shock machine and the subsequent model product test.
