摘　　要：针对手机产品在实际使用中出现进尘进水导致不满足标称外壳防护等级的问题开展研究。首先,介绍了外壳防护等级的定义、试验过程及接受条件。然后,针对手机产品外壳防护等级试验中常见的不符合项进行分析,明确影响手机防护性能的关键因素,并提出改进建议,为手机行业从业人员、第三方检测认机构、消费者提供参考。Research is conducted on the issue of dust and water ingress in mobile phone products during actual use,which fails to meet the nominal degree of protection provided by the enclosure(IP code).Firstly,it introduces the definition of the IP code,the test procedures,and the acceptance criteria.Subsequently,it analyzes common non-conformances observed during the test identifies the key factors affecting the protective performance of mobile phones,and proposes improvement suggestions to provide a reference for practitioners in the mobile phone industry,third-party testing and certification agencies and consumers.
