摘　　要：较为详细地叙述了利用钢厂污泥矿尾渣原料制作烧结墙材制品的初步试验研究结果,分析了某钢厂污泥渣的物理化学性能及矿物组成,结合制作烧结墙体材料制品的性能要求,提出了污泥渣原料处理、成型、干燥焙烧技术参数设计的几点建议。In this paper,the preliminary experimental research results of using steel mill sludge tailings raw materials to make fired wall materials are described in detail,the physical and chemical properties and mineral composition of sludge slag in a steel mill are analyzed,and several suggestions are put forward for the design of technical parameters for sludge slag raw material treatment,molding,drying and firing in combination with the performance requirements of making fired wall material products.
