摘　　要：柬埔寨鱼鳞瓦结构复杂,试生产过程中因为产品局部产生应力集中而出现大面积开裂,经过对模具改进、配方优化和降低窑炉升温曲线等多项措施综合进行调整,最终解决了产品易开裂和变形的难题,为后续正常大生产奠定了基础。The structure of Cambodian fish scale tiles is complex,and during the trial production process,largeareas of cracking occurred due to local stress concentration in the product.After comprehensive adjustmentssuch as mold improvement,formula optimization,and reducing the furnace heating curve,the problem of easycracking and deformation of the product is finally solved,laying the foundation for subsequent normal large-scale production.
