经皮穴位电刺激联合拉伸疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效

摘  要:目的评估经皮穴位电刺激联合拉伸疗法对急性腰扭伤患者的临床疗效,并探讨其对疼痛缓解和炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择60名急性腰扭伤患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组接受经皮穴位电刺激联合拉伸疗法,对照组接受口服洛索洛芬钠片治疗。治疗前、治疗后第1天、第3天和第7天,分别采用视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)和血清炎症因子水平进行评估。结果试验组在ODI、VAS评分及血清血清炎症因子等方面改善均优于对照组。结论经皮穴位电刺激联合拉伸疗法可以缓解急性腰扭伤患者的疼痛,消除炎症,改善腰椎功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with stretching therapy in patients with acute lumbar sprain,and explore its impact on pain relief and inflammatory cytokine levels.Methods Sixty patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with stretching therapy,while the control group received oral treatment with losoprofen sodium tablets.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI),and serum inflammatory cytokine levels were evaluated before treatment,on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after treatment.Results The experimental group showed better improvement in ODI,VAS score,and serum inflammatory factors than the control group.Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with stretching therapy can alleviate pain,eliminate inflammation,and improve lumbar function in patients with acute lumbar sprain.
