摘　　要：跟骨关节内骨折作为最常见的跗骨骨折之一,其解剖结构不规则,使得骨折后解剖复位困难,术后易出现骨折畸形愈合、手术切口处皮肤坏死等并发症,目前对其最佳治疗方式尚存在争议。本文通过综述跟骨关节内骨折的骨性解剖、血供、骨折分类、治疗方式和并发症,总结了相关研究进展,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。Intracapsular fractures of the hip joint,as one of the most common fractures of the tibia,have irregular anatomical structures,making it difficult to achieve anatomical reduction after fracture.Postoperative complications such as malunion of fractures and skin necrosis at the surgical incision site are common.Currently,there is controversy regarding the optimal treatment approach.This article reviews the osseous anatomy,blood supply,fracture classification,treatment methods,and complications of intracapsular fractures of the hip joint,summarizing relevant research progress,with the aim of providing reference for clinical treatment.
