摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病的一种危及视力的并发症。随着儿童肥胖率和糖尿病患病率的增加,儿童DR发病率逐年增加。DR的临床治疗主要包括控制血糖、全身和局部药物治疗以及手术处理。由于DR的早期阶段是无症状的,为避免进展到晚期或危及视力的阶段,DR的早期筛查及时诊断至关重要。本文对儿童DR的病理生理学、治疗靶点、目前可用或正在开发的药物和手术治疗方法进行综述,旨在为儿童DR的临床规范化诊断和治疗提供理论依据。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a sight threatening complication of diabetes.With the increase of the prevalence of diabetes and obesity in children,the incidence rate of DR in children has increased recently.The management of DR includes glycemic control,systemic and local medical treatments,and surgical management.As the asymptomatic nature of early stages of DR,early screening and timely diagnosis of DR are crucial to avoid progression to late stages or sight threatening stages.The pathophysiology and therapeutic targets of pediatric DR,as well as the currently available and developing drugs and surgical treatment methods were reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric DR.
