摘  要:目前全球范围内对新医科人才需求不断增加,对其综合能力也提出了更高要求。基于此,我们必须注重医学生能力培养及综合素质提升,以满足社会需求。因此,优化省属本科院校医学机能实验学部分实验授课内容及课程设计迫在眉睫,不仅要满足社会需求,更要注重提升学生的应变能力、逻辑思维能力和实践操作能力。通过创新性课程的设计和实施,我们可以培养医科学生解决问题、团队协作和创新意识等核心能力。优化实验课程设计对于提升医科人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。Currently,there is a growing demand for new medical professionals globally,and higher expectations have been placed on their comprehensive abilities.Based on this,we must focus on student capacity development and overall quality improvement to meet the needs of society.Therefore,optimizing the experimental teaching content and course design in medical function experiment courses at provincial undergraduate universities is urgent,not only to meet social demands,but also to enhance students'adaptability,logical thinking,and practical operation abilities.Through innovative course design and implementation,we can cultivate medical students'core abilities such as problem-solving,teamwork,and innovation awareness.Optimizing experimental course design has important practical significance for improving the quality of medical personnel training.
