摘  要:针对传统井下数据监测精度低、能耗大等问题,提出了一种基于新型光纤(FBG)封装的光纤传感物联网数据检测方法。设计了一种同时测试应变与温度的传感器模块,试制了新型FBG封装结构,搭建了符合巷道结构的光纤应力监测分布网络,通过基于互相关差分的计算对其进行优化,实现对振动与噪声的消除。测试结果显示,通过此种方法监测的数据结果与实际值相符,并且能够有效降低物联网数据监测过程中的能耗,在复杂的井下环境中适应性较强。A optical fiber sensing Internet of Things(IoT)data detection method based on a new type of fiber grating(FBG)packaging was proposed to address the problems of low accuracy and high energy consumption in traditional underground data monitoring.A sensor module for simultaneously testing strain and temperature has been designed,a new FBG packaging structure has been developed,and an optical fiber stress monitoring distribution network conforming to the roadway structure has been built.Through calculation based on cross-correlation difference,it has been optimized to eliminate vibration and noise.The test results show that the monitoring data from this method is consistent with the actual values and can effectively reduce energy consumption in the process of IoT data monitoring.The method has strong adaptability in complex underground environments.
