摘  要:采煤工作面热害是高温矿井热害最为严重的区域,而采空区煤自燃产生的高温会加剧工作面热害。通过数值模拟方法,研究了工作面动态推进下采空区煤自燃过程对工作面热环境的影响,预测了工作面不同进风温度条件下热环境改善效果。研究结果表明,在工作面正常推进速度下,采空区煤自燃过程对工作面热环境影响较小,工作面以2.4 m/d推进30 d,工作面平均温度仅上升0.3℃,回风隅角处温度升高0.6℃;当采空区发生煤自燃火灾时,工作面回风隅角温度上超过1℃;工作面进风温度为20℃时,与进风温度为27℃时相比,工作面平均温度能降低4.8℃,该研究结果可为高温矿井采煤工作面热害治理提供理论参考依据。The coal mining face is the most serious area of heat damage in high-temperature mines,and the high temperature generated by spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf will exacerbate the heat damage of working face.The influence of coal spontaneous combustion process in goaf on the thermal environment of working face under dynamic advancing of working face was studied through numerical simulation method,and the improvement effect of thermal environment under different inlet air temperature conditions of working face was predicted.The research results indicated that under normal advancing speed of the working face,the spontaneous combustion process of coal in the goaf had little impact on the thermal environment of the working face;when the working face advancing at 2.4 m/d for 30 days,the average temperature of the working face only increased by 0.3℃,and the temperature at the return air corner increased by 0.6℃;when a coal spontaneous combustion fire occurred in the goaf,the temperature at the return air corner of the working face exceeded 1℃;when the inlet air temperature of the working face was 20℃,the average temperature of the working face reduced by 4.8℃compared with the inlet air temperature of 27℃.This research result could provide theoretical reference for the treatment of heat damage in high-temperature mining working faces.
