摘 要:为保证工作面过空巷过程中顶板的稳定,以大柳塔矿活鸡兔井12^(上)317工作面过空巷为工程背景,提出了利用柔模泵送支柱支撑空巷顶板的技术手段,并采用数值模拟的方法对工作面过空巷不同时期的围岩应力分布情况进行了分析。结果表明,外开切眼空巷采用柔模泵送支柱后,工作面过空巷期间围岩应力分布均匀,未出现应力集中现象,顶板下沉量显著减小,保证了12^(上)317综采工作面过空巷期间的安全高效生产。In order to ensure the stability of the roof during the process of the working face crossing the overlying goaf,taking 12317 working face of Huojitu Well in Daliuta Coal Mine as the engineering background,a technical means of using flexible mold pumping pillars to support the roof of the goaf was proposed,and numerical simulation was used to analyze the stress distribution of the surrounding rock at different periods of the working face crossing the overlying goaf.The results showed that after using flexible mold pumping pillars in the external cutting hole goaf,the stress distribution of the surrounding rock during the passage of the working face through the goaf was uniform,and there was no stress concentration phenomenon.The subsidence of the roof was significantly reduced,ensuring safe and efficient production during the 12317 fully mechanized mining face crossing the overlying goaf.
