摘 要:为提高回采率,保证巷道围岩稳定,合理留出区段的煤柱宽度是工作面开采过程中至关重要的因素。以西北矿区某矿2盘区综放工作面区段煤柱留设为工程背景,通过理论计算得出区段煤柱留设宽度为7.18~7.98 m。通过数值模拟方法研究了工作面开采过程中不同区段煤柱宽度条件下影响下回采巷道的围岩变形与煤柱的垂直应力分布,研究结果表明,留10 m以上煤柱可有效减小巷道围岩变形,且10 m煤柱既能维持其本身的稳定,又能起到支撑顶底板与保护巷道的作用。在此基础上,通过对相关结果的综合分析,得到了合理的煤柱留设宽度,为类似条件下合理煤柱留设提供了依据。In order to improve the mining rate and ensure the stability of the roadway surrounding rock,the reasonable remaining width of sectional coal pillar is a crucial factor in the process of working face mining.Taking the coal pillar remaining of fully mechanized mining face section in No.2 panel of a certain mine in northwest mining area as the engineering background,the theoretical calculation results showed that the remaining width of the sectional coal pillar was 8.96-9.96 m.The deformation of surrounding rocks and the vertical stress distribution of coal pillars of mining roadways under the influence of sectional coal pillar with different widths during the mining process were studied through numerical simulation.The research results showed that remaining coal pillar with over 10 m width could effectively reduce the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,and the 10 m width coal pillar could maintain its own stability,effectively support the roof and floor,and protect the roadway.
