摘 要:以榆家梁煤矿43312大巷煤柱回收工作面为例,采用理论分析计算、数值模拟、工程实践等研究方法,对大巷煤柱回收工作面煤柱合理留设宽度进行分析研究。结果表明:通过传统极限平衡理论计算得出大巷煤柱回收工作面煤柱合理留设宽度为5.28~10.38 m;煤柱宽度为8~10 m时,煤柱中出现应力集中,表明煤柱结构完整且能够实现有效承载;煤柱宽度为8~10 m时,煤柱承载能力增强,煤柱侧巷道变形量逐渐变大,同时由于应力转移,实体煤侧应力降低,实体煤侧巷帮变形量减小。通过现场工程实践对研究结果进行了验证,确定留设10 m煤柱后工作面矿压在可控范围内,能够确保工作面安全生产。Taking the coal pillar recovery face of 43312 main roadway in Yujialiang Coal Mine as an example,the reasonable width of coal pillar recovery face in main roadway is analyzed and studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The research results are as follows:based on the traditional limit equilibrium theory,the reasonable width of coal pillar is 5.28-10.38 m;it is found that when the width of the coal pillar is 8-10 m,there is a stress concentration in the coal pillar,indicating that the structure of the coal pillar is complete and can achieve effective load;when the width of coal pillar is 8-10 m,the carrying capacity of coal pillar is enhanced,and the deformation of the roadway at the side of coal pillar is gradually increased,due to the stress transfer,the stress at the side of solid coal is reduced,and the deformation of the roadway at the side of solid coal is reduced.The research results are verified by field engineering practice,and it is confirmed that the mine pressure of the working face after 10 m coal pillar is set up is within the controllable range,which can ensure the safe production of the working face.
