摘 要:受强干扰、管片衬砌和刀盘结构的影响,传统地震波法超前预报技术在盾构隧道内的使用存在局限性。为解决盾构施工隧道内开展三维地震波法超前预报施工困难及震源选用的难题,开展了基于TST(Tunnel Seismic Tomography)法的三维超前地质预报技术应用研究。采用了实验研究和案例研究的方法,开展了盾构隧道内三维观测系统设计研究和常用震源对比实验,并针对某过江通道工程盾构隧道内开展三维地震波法超前预报案例进行研究,对预报成果开展掘进参数和渣样的双重比对验证。研究表明:1)基于管片衬砌优化的三维阵列式观测系统,数据采集可与盾构施工并行开展,能节约2 h施工时间;2)盾构施工隧道内宜采用可控冲击震源,震源参数可采用重复频率1~25 Hz,冲击时长100 s;3)在某过江通道工程盾构施工隧道内成功开展了三维超前预报,提高了掘进机的施工效率和对地质条件的适应性,可对后续超前处置等施工环节提供积极的指导作用。Due to the influence of strong interference,segment lining and cutterhead structure,the traditional seismic wave method in shield tunnel is confronted with ever greater limitations.To solve the difficulties in 3D seismic wave construction and the seismic sources selection in the shield construction tunnel,the 3D advanced geological prediction technology based on tunnel seismic tomography(TST)method is applied.Using comparison experiments and case study,the design and 3D observation system in shield tunnel of common seismic sources are carried out.The 3D seismic wave advanced prediction case in shield tunnel of a river-crossing channel project is studied,then the prediction results are tested.Double comparison,verification of tunneling parameters and slag samples show that:1)the 3D array based observation system of segment lining optimization,data acquisition in parallel with shield construction can save 2 hours of construction time;2)when the controlled shock source used in the shield construction tunnel.the source parameters testified with a repetition frequency of 1~25 Hz and a shock duration of 100 s;3)3D advanced prediction in the shield construction tunnel of a river-crossing channel project improves the construction efficiency of the roadheader and its adaptability to geological conditions,providing a positive reference for subsequent advanced disposals and other construction processes such as advanced treatment.
