摘  要:通过溶胶凝胶法合成了钒酸锂正极材料,并与不同比例的氟化镍共混,采用粉末压片工艺制备单体电池,确定了LiV_(3)O_(8)/NiF_(2)正极材料最佳比例。结果表明:单体电池以100 mA·cm^(-2)恒流放电时,9:1放电性能最优,正极中电解质和导电剂的最佳分数分别15%和15%。在起始放电电压为2.5654 V、截止电压为2 V时比容量为140 mA·h·g^(-1)。Lithium vanadate cathode material was synthesized by sol-gel mothod,and mixed with nickel fluoride in different proportions,the single battery was prepared by powder compression process,and the optimal proportion of LiV_(3)O_(8)/NiF_(2)cathode material was determined.The experimental results showed that when the single cell battery was discharged at a constant current of 100 mA·cm^(-2),the discharge performance of the single battery with 9∶1 was the best,and the optimal addition amounts of electrolyte and conductive agent in the cathode were 15%and 15%,respectively.The specific capacity was 140 mA·h·g^(-1)when the initial discharge voltage was 2.5654 V and the cutoff voltage was 2 V.
