电催化氧化法处理反渗透浓水的研究

摘  要:采用电催化氧化法对亦庄某再生水厂的反渗透浓水进行处理,考察了电流密度、电解质质量浓度、电解时间对COD处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:当电流密度较小或较大时电解效果较差,3000 A·m^(-2)时可达到理想的电解效果,COD的去除率为60%;添加20 g·L^(-1)的NaCl电解质能将COD的去除率由33%提高到68%;连续电解的情况下,电解30 min时COD和氨氮的去除率分别为62%和96%,延长电解时间对去除率不会有太大的提高。Electro-catalytic oxidation technology was used to treat the concentrated reverse osmosis wastewater from a reclaimed water plant in Yizhuang.The influences of current density,electrolyte mass concentration and electrolysis time on the treatment effect were investigated,and the best treatment conditions were explored.The experimental results showed that the electrolysis effect was poor when the current density was small or large,and the ideal electrolysis effect could be achieved when the current density was 3000 A·m^(-2),and the COD removal rate was 60%;the removal rate of COD was increased from 33%to 68%by adding NaCl electrolyte;in the case of continuous electrolysis,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 62%and 96%respectively when electrolysis lasted for 30 min.Prolonging the electrolysis time did not greatly improve the removal rate.
