摘  要:世界工业化的持续发展导致了能源消耗增加,同时造成的废气污染也十分严重。克劳斯工艺是一种广泛用于从石油和天然气工业中处理含硫化氢气体以回收硫的技术,催化剂性能的好坏在克劳斯工艺中起着至关重要的作用。介绍了克劳斯硫回收装置与工艺原理,进一步阐明了硫回收过程中所用催化剂的分类、选择及应用。The continuous development of industrialization in the world has led to an inevitable increase in energy consumption,while also causes serious exhaust pollution.The Claus process is a widely used technology for treating hydrogen sulfide-containing gases from the petroleum and natural gas industries to recover sulfur.The performance of catalysts plays a crucial role in the Claus process.In this article,the Claus sulfur recovery device and process principle were introduced,the classification,selection and application of catalysts used in the sulfur recovery process were further elucidated.
