摘  要:介绍了催化裂化装置油浆系统生焦情况及油浆泵入口过滤器堵塞的现象及处理措施,结合油浆系统在运行过程中的影响因素,对比分析了油浆系统结焦的原因,提出在当前原料油劣质化日益严重条件下,通过降低塔底温度、缩短油浆停留时间、增加油浆外甩量等措施来减少结焦,保证催化裂化装置的长周期运行。The coking situation of slurry oil system in FCC unit,the phenomenon of filter blockage at the inlet of slurry oil pump and its treatment measures were introduced.Combined with the influencing factors of slurry oil system in the production process,the causes of coking in slurry oil system were compared and analyzed.It was proposed that measures such as lowering the bottom temperature,shortening the residence time of slurry oil and increasing the amount of slurry oil thrown out should be taken to reduce coking and ensure the long-term operation of FCC unit.
