数字经济对地区产业结构升级的影响研究——基于中国288个地级市的经验证据

摘　　要：本文通过分析移动互联网用户数量、互联网普及率、互联网相关产出、互联网相关从业人员数量及数字金融普惠发展五个维度,构建了数字经济综合发展指数,以中国地级市数据为样本,系统分析并检验了数字经济与区域产业结构升级之间的关系。研究结果显示,数字经济的发展显著促进了区域产业结构的升级。东北地区的数字经济对产业结构升级无显著影响,而东部、中部和西部地区则表现出显著的正向影响。整体来看,数字经济发展程度越高的地区,其促进效果越显著。本文选取2011—2019年我国288座城市为研究对象,探讨数字经济对产业结构升级的影响,旨在促进对新兴市场国家的产业结构升级。This study constructs a comprehensive digital economy development index by analyzing five dimensions:the number of mobile internet users,internet penetration rate,internet-related output,internet-related employment,and the development of digital financial inclusion.Using data from prefecture-level cities in China,the relationship between the digital economy and regional industrial structure upgrading is systematically analyzed and tested.The findings reveal that the development of the digital economy significantly promotes the upgrading of regional industrial structures.However,in the northeastern region,the digital economy shows no significant impact on industrial structure upgrading,while in the eastern,central,and western regions,it demonstrates a notable positive infl uence.Overall,the higher the level of digital economy development in a region,the more pronounced its impact.Focusing on 288 cities in China from 2011 to 2019,this study explores the infl uence of the digital economy on industrial structure upgrading,aiming to provide insights for the industrial transformation of emerging market economies.
