高质量共建“一带一路”下基础设施的投资贸易效应分析——基于六大经济走廊的案例研究

摘　　要：本文以共建“一带一路”六大经济走廊为案例,分析了我国与六大经济走廊的双边贸易和投资格局,并利用基础设施指数研究了沿廊国家基础设施的贸易和投资效应。结果显示:(1)中国与沿廊国家的双边贸易呈增长态势,其中,中国与新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊的贸易规模最大;(2)中国对沿廊国家的直接投资快速增长,主要流向新亚欧大陆桥和中南半岛经济走廊;(3)新亚欧大陆桥、中国—中亚—西亚和中国—中南半岛的基础设施较为完善,中巴和孟中印缅的基础设施发展较为落后;(4)根据回归模型,基础设施指数与双边贸易和投资均表现为显著的负相关,仅有中蒙俄经济走廊的基础设施与双边贸易呈正相关。据此,本文对合理管理基础设施投资和进一步推进经济走廊建设提出针对性的政策建议和思路,仅供参考。Taking the six economic corridors of the“Belt and Road”as a case study,this paper analyzes the bilateral trade and investment patterns between China and the six economic corridors,and studies the trade and investment effects of infrastructure in the countries along the corridors by using the infrastructure index.The results show that:(1)the bilateral trade between China and the countries along these corridors is increasing.Among them,the trade between China and the new Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor is the largest;(2)China's outward direct investment in the countries along these corridors is growing rapidly,mainly to the new Eurasian Continental Bridge and the Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor;(3)the infrastructure of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge,China-Central Asia-West Asia,and China-Indochina Peninsula corridor is relatively perfect.The infrastructure of Pakistan,Bangladesh,India,and Myanmar is relatively backward.(4)According to the regression model,the infrastructure index has a significant negative correlation with bilateral trade and investment,and only the infrastructure of the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor has a positive correlation with bilateral trade.Accordingly,this paper provides targeted policy recommendations and ideas for rational management of infrastructure investment and further promotion of economic corridors for reference only.
