数字经济背景下农村电商物流配送服务优化策略研究——以广东省信宜市钱排镇为例

摘　　要：数字经济是经济发展的一种新业态,也是我国经济发展的新动力。在数字经济高速发展的大趋势下,农村电商经济将进一步迸发新活力。而农村电商经济包含“农产品上行”及“工业品/消费品下行”两个方向。本文以信宜市钱排镇为例,对农村电商物流的配送服务质量相关问题展开调研。当前,信宜市钱排镇农村电商物流配送主要存在以下问题:设施设备配套不完善,物流配送效率较低;缺乏专业培训,配送服务质量水平参差不齐;信息化水平较低,物流信息通知/更新不及时;品牌集中度高,竞争充分性较低,但规模效应未显现。据此,本文提出以下优化策略:科学规划网点布局,优化设施设备的配套使用;加强培训力度,制定与完善相应的制度和标准,统筹建设,提升农村物流信息化水平;资源整合,集约发展,发挥规模效用,仅供参考。The digital economy is a new form of economic development and a new driving force for China's economic development.Under the trend of rapid development of digital economy,rural e-commerce economy will further burst into new vigor.Rural e-commerce economy includes the two directions of“upward movement of agricultural products”and“downward movement of industrial/consumer goods”.This paper takes Qianpai Town of Xinyi City as an example to investigate the problems related to the distribution service quality of rural e-commerce logistics.Currently,the following problems exist in rural e-commerce logistics in Qianpai Town,Xinyi City:inadequate facilities and equipment,low logistics and distribution efficiency;lack of professional training,uneven distribution service quality;low level of informatization,untimely notification/update of logistics information;high brand concentration,low competitive adequacy,but the scale effect has not yet appeared.Accordingly,this paper proposes the following optimization strategies:scientific planning of network layout,optimize the supporting use of facilities and equipment;strengthen the training efforts,develop and improve the corresponding systems and standards,coordinate the construction and enhance the level of information technology in rural logistics;resource integration,intensive development,and play the scale effect.For reference only.
